Just a short distance from Sunderland City Centre, Ashbrooke Therapies is based in the historical grounds of Ashbrooke Sports Club (1887), within the leafy conservation area of Ashbrooke. We are firmly established within the club and the surrounding areas as place of choice for a wide range of Health, Beauty and Holistic services, offering Physio & Sports Rehab, Laser skin & hair treatment & Beauty Therapy as well as Holistic Therapies.

Ashbrooke Therapies has been long established with private medical companies, namely Bupa, AXA PPP and Nuffield, to name but a few. In addition to this we provide physio & health services to the Medico legal industry, particulary related to injury as a result of motor vehicle accidents.

Ashbrooke Therapies first launched in 2013 and has grown its services extensively over the past 10 years with up to date training in the latest innovative treatments, equipment and procedures. We are a forward thinking and progressive clinic, evolving and updating in line with trends and developments with in the industries. Our recent move into our modern and contemporary new clinic offers a beautiful and warm environment to experience any of our services on offer.

Excellent physio service from Joanne- professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully won’t be back anytime soon though :)

My goodness I can not recommend it enough, after just one treatment my skin look tighter refreshed and more radiant, so far I’ve had 5 treatments and so many people have commented how much younger and fresh faced I look! I booked an aromatherapy massage for my wife for a gift at Christmas and I want to share the great experience my wife received. Before the massage took place I text Joanne to make sure the appointment was going ahead as planned. Joanne got back to me ASAP, confirmed the appointment and made sure we knew exactly where she was based.
My wife was with Joanne for an hour session and she absolutely loved it! She came back nice and relaxed and let me know that she will be booking up again very soon. Joanne provided an exceptional service and we would highly recommend anyone to give it a try.

Had my first appointment today. Joanne was very professional and diagnosed my back problem quickly. Treatment included acupuncture , massage , and laser treatment. Had an immediate effect easing my pain a touch (early days yet).
