Here at Ashbrooke Therapies we only invest in the best equipment and technology known in the industry. The newest edition to our treatment repertoire is THOR Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBM). PBM was previously known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT). PBM has been used for many years on sports injuries, arthritic joints, neuropathic pain syndromes, back and neck pain. Over 700 randomised clinical trials have been published on PBM, half of which are on pain. THOR lasers are widely used by the British and US military, Premier Division football teams, Olympic teams amongst other sporting cohorts.

Excellent physio service from Joanne- professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully won’t be back anytime soon though :)

I booked an aromatherapy massage for my wife for a gift at Christmas and I want to share the great experience my wife received. Before the massage took place I text Joanne to make sure the appointment was going ahead as planned. Joanne got back to me ASAP, confirmed the appointment and made sure we knew exactly where she was based.
